Good things really do come in small packages, as the newest laser from Actor-Mate proves. Building on the high quality and technical innovation for which the company is renowned, Actor-Mate has developed the Aurora, a small budget laser with big budget effects and graphics.
Key to the Aurora’s sophisticated graphics is a high quality galvano-scanner, which enables the Aurora to generate cartoons, graphics and animations with a clarity unrivalled by the more commonly used micro step motor. The Aurora comes with 60 pre-set cartoon, text and geometric graphic displays, including seasonal and special occasion images such as Christmas, birthday and weddings. There are also two preset auto play laser programs and a preset animation.
Actor-Mate also offers customers a service which is unique in the small power laser market - the facility of a customised logo, graphic and animation service. Anyone buying the Aurora can have their own original graphic image, text or animation converted to a laser image or animation by Actor-Mate’s designer, guaranteeing a unique show at a reasonable cost.
For users without the facility of DMX, Aurora provides three modes of operation: Auto, Sound-Active and Master/Slave, but the addition of DMX enables users to create a whole host of outstanding laser effects. By combining rotation, zoom in/out, speed and mirror effects with the existing graphics and animations, the number of different presentations is almost limitless, so no two laser shows need ever be the same.
Weighing just 11kgs, the Aurora is easily portable and its rugged build ensures it will withstand life on the road. Available in a choice of two laser colours, green or red, the Aurora, like all Actor-Mate lasers, has a powerful output, so you don’t need high output to make a big show: the green laser is available at 4.9mw, 20mw, 30mw, 50mw and 100mw, while the red is available at 4.9 mw, 50 mw and 100mw.
